"Today I aged ten years" is the new co-production of the Teatro Colón, this time, together with the La Maldita Vanidad Foundation. "Dad died just a year ago." This is how Antón Chejov's "The Three Sisters" begins and is Jorge Hugo Marín's starting point to create an adaptation of the classic Russian work in the context of the Colombian violence of the 80s. In an elegy tone reminiscent of the A tradition inherited from the "Coplas por la muerte de su padre" by Jorge Manrique, the characters in this work will have to know how to grow and adapt to an aggressive environment without parental protection. The production has ten actors on stage who will be in charge of giving life to this story that takes place in one of the most tragic moments in the recent history of Colombia, Medellín in 1989.
